Good trail run in Boling Park...wasn't going very fast and didn't get great satellite reception in the woods, but I had running a lot of the old trails. Followed the river mostly, crossed the wooden Boy Scout bridge, and went pretty far back. Had to stop a couple miles in for a nature call that cost me my shirt and it was brutally hot and humid, but I had fun. Saw a bunch of deer in the park as well.
