Good/bad ride. Nice long workout on a great day and on a super nice bike path through the Iron Range, but I really needed to be on a bike that fit me instead of using Mom's smaller frame bike. The last 8-10 miles really hurt, especially in my quads, and I couldn't ever generate much power to build up speed or climb hills, of which there were several, including a couple massive ones that I had to walk the bike up.
