Talk about a shit run. There was nothing easy about this. Same chest/back pains I've had the last couple of runs, my legs hurt, really bad chafing....all of it limited me to running very SLOW with terrible form. Basically, I was just shuffling along...probably could have walked the distance faster. The only bright side is that I did it and hit my number for the week. Just a bad bad run.
p.s. I did an extra loop around the grass island at the top of Winter Island Road to make sure I was over 22 miles...otherwise I was going to be about a tenth of a mile short.
