Very troubling run. My feet were killing me from the get-go. They woke me up in pain this morning and have been hurting all morning. They felt better after about 5 miles, but the damage was done by then. This was originally supposed to be an 8 mile run, but felt like I could only do 7 once I got going. Kind of warm and muggy today with some crosswinds off the ocean, and it took it out of me more than I thought it would. I think I was probably a little dehydrated and tired and I didn't feel like I had much energy from the start. Hopefully I feel much better tomorrow and the rest of the week and can use this as a good miles foundation for a good week. The best thing about this run was that I weighed in at 220 (!) for the first time after. Great!
