Pretty bad shin splints all throughout the entire run. It felt like I was running through knee-deep molasses. My left knee bothered me a bit too...really hoping this doesn't last to the race on Sunday. I hate the idea of taking off the whole week to rest for this race, but if I start my 10 mile run and I'm not feeling it, I should just pack it in and rest up. I think the real problem is my diet the past week. I've put on some pounds that I had lost and I need to stick to eating healthy this week.
