I don't know if I went out too fast, but I hit the wall pretty hard 3 miles in. I had to cut the run short and switch to walking. After I walked half a mile, I felt better and was able to start jogging and finish out another 3 mile run. So I got the workout in, but not happy about how it went at all. It's been 2 weeks now since the last run I felt really positive about...still looking for that confidence booster.
