Why do I run: I run to keep my PTSD in check. Gotta love some good endorphins! At the end of my runs I get this huge smile on my face because I did it. Even if I didn't want to at first... or if it was hard... or rainy... I did it. So empowering. |
Why I started running: I struggled with self abuse in high school, and so I started running to help keep me sane (and abuse free!). |
