Notes

Mapped out a route that is mostly grass and gravel. Feel like I need the soft surfaces. Started off run with my left foot feeling sore in the area where I had the stress reaction back in high school. Annoying to feel that but it went away about 2 miles in. The grass loop is through an open praire and the sun was beatin down. Felt good tho. Last time around the loop was downhill and it felt like I was cooking. Pretty good run once I got warmed up.
