Notes
This is was supposed to be a progressive run. I got out to late. first 5 miles which were actually just slow miles went fine, but after my half way break the heat really started to get to me. At 7 i started taking a break every mile and it was all I could do to keep going at each one of those. at 9 i had to sit under a tree and didn't think I would make it back up. the heat just zapped it all out of me. Did do faster miles 5-8 but they weren't as fast as i wanted them to be.
