great run. did 4 miles consecutive without walk break. Random level 2. Increase speed from 5.6-6.4 one step every 5 min. Actually felt good and easy. Left knee was sore and tight for first 20 min but worked itself out and feels fine now. Noting in right foot...just cramp in ball
