Great run. Legs were sore from strength the day before, but once i got going I didn't really notice. Tried to power up the hills and then rest at the top (usually ended at a street to cross). Just felt very strong. splits were faster then they should be, but felt easy. Would like to start adding some intervals on two of the hills every other week. Nothing crazy, maybe 3-4 just to get the feeling of strength that i'm not getting from track runs.
