You think I would learn. An eggo with apple butter 4 hours before a run is NOT enough food. 2 miles in legs start feeling like lead. Another 1/4 mile and head is foggy. Get to the top of the last hill and I can't catch my breath to go on. Cannot do this again. It is so bad for me and doesn't not give any type of positive results to training.
