Mid-zone tempo - although it was more of a fast tempo. Wasn't trying to keep pace under 9:00, just kept falling there between pushing into the wind and having the wind at my back. Was fatigued when I would get a moment breather, but nothing like Saturday where I just couldn't go on.
Ankles and achilles and calves are really tight post run and legs and hips feel achy, but I think that is still from all the stress of the weekend.
