Week 4, day 1. Switch day. Did 6 miler this evening in exchange for 3 miler I will do in the morning due to timing.
First mile I was fighting tight calf/ achilles. once I stretched that out I felt better, but as still slow due to weights yesterday and end of last week runs. Never got going as fast as I usually do on the mid week runs, but that is probably for the best. Really didn't have any pain in my foot during or after. Right hammy/ thigh is still tight but I think that really comes down to stretching better along the way.
