Brookhaven Run 5K
Very disappointed. I tried to run a PR 5K but it didn't work. Atleast I tried. Started way too fast and lungs were burning by 1/2 mile. thought I could run through it, but I couldn't. ended up walking several times along the way and dropping pace several times also. I know I didn't train much before hand so I can't be too upset with the time. Just keep failing on 5Ks so thinking I should just stop trying to race them until I'm ready to commit to a 6 week training plan for it instead of just going and trying it.
