Progressive run. did mile with jenga then headed out. did well till mile 7 of the actual run, then i ran it about 30 sec to hard and had to give up final mile. really started feeling tired around mile 6 and i think i was pushing to end it. until then everythng felt fine. easy was easy and when i started pushing it wasn't a struggle to keep up. If i'd held my cool in mile 7 i would have made it.
