Week 1 Day 5. treadmill run since it was dark. set to random level 1. after my legs woke up it was a really easy run. didn't feel fatigued really at all. think I slept through most of it because it flew by! the hills helped my legs change up and keep from getting worn out. had a little pain in my knees from dance last night, and my right foot hurt some also (same reason) but after 2 miles that was all gone. back side of right leg is still really tight. need to stretch on sunday as my XT.
