wow what was a thinking. decided to do a short interval session of 1/4 mile repeats. since i was only doing 4 repeats I pushed myself pretty hard through them all. By last my butt was feeling it, and i haven't worked out my lungs like that in awhile. need to mix those in here and there so my lungs get a workout. was impressed that my last interval was 8 sec faster then the first two - and i was running in the 6:50s on the last one also. So humid and my body was feeling it by cool down. walked a little through it cause my legs were tired and my body wasn't breathing in the humid air. I'm happy with the run though. Did pedestal and myrtl post run
