Notes

treadmill run at new gym. nothing exciting. made up to 1% incline by end of first mile. went from 5.6-6.0 over first mile then went back down to 5.8 over second. like the new treadmills, much more stable and didn't feel like i was sprinting. i think the more solid footing helped.
