I. Hate. The. Treadmill. Same old story. Easy pace felt like a sprint. Could never find my rhythm. Just felt winded the whole time. Took several rest breaks to catch my breath. I guess I just don't run on the mill enough to find the groove.
Was supposed to have 20 min at 9:30 pace but ended up doing several progressive moves between 10 and 9:30 to keep moving.
