Tried running in my Nike lunarglides today. I'm glad I bought the Ghost. They are very hot because everything is black. And the air doesn't move through them well. They are comfortable but I don't think they would ever be my favorite pair of running shoes. Outside of that run wasn't great. Legs are still tired and I just wasn't feeling it. Probably too much food in my stomach. And slightly dehydrated. Also got a headache from the run- seriously thinking dehydrated.
