Really great tempo run. First mile was alot faster then intended. Could really feel it by end but rebounded nicely. Tried to keep second and third mile closer to 9:10 but kept drifting into the 8s. For first fast run back after break I'm impressed. Definitely don't have the lungs I did at 10K but I'm not far off. Will easily be able to hit 4 next time. Could have pulled off this week but would have really had to slow the last one down.
