I threw my lower back out this morning getting into my car. It's hard to bend over just to pull a sock up, so i wore an icy hot patch all day, made a massage appt with terry tomorrow after work, and used a heating pad before bed. I tried stretching some to see if that'll loosen up some tension, and I'm not sure if it helped or not, but it did feel better later on in the evening, although some of that could've been the advil.

So i'm really hoping this goes away quick. I have a feeling it's from all the driving I had to do over the weekend, as I was sitting in the car for at least 5 hours friday and saturday.

Treadmill most likely the rest of the week for low impact, I really need to be better by Saturday's marathon.
