Failed attempt at a workout, i tried but lost steam, a lot was from moving all day the day before and the morning before this workout, so just went long and only 1 set of the 2M

12-14 total miles with 2 x 2M at Half Marathon Goal Pace or 85% of Maximum HR w/1-3M easy to moderate recovery. If your body is sending a clear message that victory today will be simply covering the distance drop the bonus and just run the mileage. It is never the intent to bury you well into next week to recover from this workout.
