made it one mile out, then started feeling my knee. stopped and stretched. found a concrete ledge where i could lay on my side and pull my hip down with my crossed legs. did this on both sides, and this stretch seems to take away my knee pain completely. ran back without pain, but towards the end i could feel it. this leads me to believe it's just my alignment. seeing darrell tomorrow.

i plan on doing this stretch throughout the day today, to see if that helps loosen up.
