Ran with Alicia during her workout. I did 3 of her 1k repeats. avg was 4:29 for those, 400 jog in between. Right hip flexor/glut was a little sore earlier in the day and continued on towards the workout. PT helped a little. I now have a new exercise where I put some tubing around my feet and walk side to side and forward. supposed to help strengthen. I am to do that 4-5 times a week along with core and my normal daily stretches.
