First go at it in my new shoes. I desperately needed some new ones, especially after all those trails. They feel great, and fast. Could be used as a racing flat, but it's also considered a lightweight trainer.
I'm happy with how today's run went, since I was pretty sore after doing those trails, mainly my hip flexors. Hamstring doesn't feel too bad and hasn't since the race, been a little tight, but I've been working on it. Seeing chiropractor tomorrow afternoon, just because.
