stretched before. A lot of this run was on ice and snow, but I tried to stay on concrete as much as possible. at 2.5, I was around a 6:21 pace. Didn't feel like it, felt slower. My hip thing only hurt while running on ice, didn't hurt bad though, I wanted to go further, but 5 is good enough for now, longest I've run in over a month.
Rolled my butt out afterwards, I think I have some knots in there still that need worked out.
