felt ok. Was supposed to do 3 today, but i didn't feel like it. I started this run out pretty easy, picked it up about .25 into the run, went through the half mile in 3:04, so I picked it up quite a bit. Eight 90º turns in this run. Hip doesn't bother me too much today.
I've been doing a stretch where I'm laying on my back. I put my heels close to my butt and spread my knees apart, kinda like a groin stretch. I don't force a stretch, I just sit there and let gravity pull my knees down for a few mins.
I'm not sure if it's working, but i've been feeling better lately (even though I still have a nagging nerve problem). The stretch is supposed to be good for pelvis misalignment.
