Notes

My abs are very sore today and I'm not quite sure why. The run went better today than yesterday, pain wasn't as intense, but still showed up around 4 mins into my run. While doing my exercises, I noticed it's a bit more difficult to keep my back flat on the floor when I'm doing my cycling kicks, so I'm thinking it's gotta be something with my pelvic/lower back that's causing my knee issue. Reason I have to back this up: I've moved into a new building, I've raced, I've upped my mileage including long runs, and I've done several workouts, all since the last time I saw Darrell at St. Vincent for correction. So I think I must be severely out of alignment, and if that's the case, I'm glad I've been doing my strengthening exercises, because I could be in more of a lower back issue again if it weren't as strong. Unfortunately it's my knee that is taking the beating.

I see Darrell on Wednesday afternoon, I plan on only doing 1 mile days until then.
