just needed a day off, felt ok though. My left ankle has been acting funny since saturday. feels like it goes dead for a second, locks up and has a dull pain. rotating it and making the alphabet seemed to help. right before this run, just walking around barefoot seemed hard to put weight on that foot without the feeling of it giving out.
