Avg 2:32 for 8x800 - felt good on 80 sec recovery. Drove to Chicago immediately after this, so that wasn't great on my piriformis. Did this with Jesse, Bischak, Blake and Jake Fisher at iupui track.

Description:

8-10 total miles. Warmup 2-3 miles and 4 x 30 step striders. Run 8-10 x 800m (or half miles) with 200m recovery jog. Cooldown with 1-3 miles. Adjust WU/CD mileage for planned total mileage for the day.
