didn't really feel better during this run today than yesterday. felt better throughout the day, so I don't know what's up. Saw the chiropractor, alignment was off. Hurts when i arch my back, not when i bend over. so she thinks it's joint related, the facets are inflamed. it's painful.
Ever since I got sick in late january, my body started aching and i haven't recovered. thanks.
