got on the hamstring machine thing at work and did 2 sets of 12. Then did a leg press. all on a 10 min break.
Did a couple secret workouts. went 25:25, which seemed pretty tough. about a mile went by before i started the second workout. 20:20 for 1 mile, got in 32 reps.
hamstring stretches after run along with core and crap.
