I probably shouldn't have even ran 2 miles, my upper left calve hurt pretty bad during this run. I ran through it, heel to toe doesn't seem to hurt as much. I'm pretty sure it's just a knot I got from stopping and starting. Didn't get much of a chance to ice it afterwards, because I went to a concert, standing the entire time. I did throw on a compression sock and also wrapped the area with bandages. When i got back from the show, I iced and slept in the sock.
I don't need this right now.
