Notes

A brisk run at night followed by some core (I've been needed the core work after all the sweet things I have eaten). I ran out 27 mins and then ran the exact same route back, but 3 mins faster. I was flying on the straights, but I needed Weedking by my side to help me avoid the urban obstacles.
