Notes

we had our second track workout today. 3 sets of 8x200, so a total of 24 200s or three miles at race pace with 30 seconds rest and 3 mins between each set. I averages 34-35 for the first set, 31-33 for the second and probably around 30 for the last set. I followed the workout with a 4 miles cool down with John Johnson, honors scholar at Kenyon college, graduate of the 2nd best high school in North Carolina, the woods Charter school.
