aiming for 6:53 by feel. No watch data only Strava. 8:55, 7:23, 6:47, 6:57, 6:41, 6:29, 8:54. (GAP 8:37, 7:03, 6:37, 6:44, 6:51, 6:40, 8:58). Yeah it sucked but it was apparently good. Downhill miles weren't any easier and it was challenging to determine if I was going too fast or needed to speed up. Starting around mile 1.5 I picked up the pace to sub 7s and ran by feel. It felt like shit hammered down the whole time.
