Why do I run:
It keeps my from committing homicide. Seriously, it helps regulate my mood, keep me fit, provides a good mental and physical challenge--what more do you need? Other than sex... I can say that here, right? |
Why I started running:
I started running seriously after I broke my foot practicing for dance competition. I needed to get back in shape before resuming classes and figured I'd get more serious about running. Turned out I enjoyed the rewards of running/racing more than dance so I've just stuck with it. |
