Started later than i wanted this morning(9:30) was prepared to do 17 to 20. Humidity was deceiving with the colder temps and the wind, but i could tell within 2 to 3 miles in when i was soaked in sweat. I carried gatorade and gels w/me and tried to drink some for the first few miles and then had GI issues from it sloshing in my stomach, so i decided to turn right after crossing the 35th bridge and headed back down the blvd. Ended up walking some of the return back. I had intentions of maybe doing a 2nd run today, but then figured what would that accomplish, so instead i spent the rest of the day at the house we r moving to by the end of this week(mostly Wed., Thurs, and Friday.) It may be pretty scattered with the training this week, but i figure a down week if it comes to that won't hurt at this point. I am still pleased with the weekly mileage with a few good workouts along with that.
