Notes

Did some foam rolling and stretching this morning before my run. Found a really tight spot on my right quad right above my knee that seemed to break up some of the tightness. I could feel it all the way up my quad and into my hip as I rolled it out. Knee felt pretty good today while running:) I do miss my long runs though:(
