Notes
It was hot. This is my first time running since last Tuesday. I got a nagging pain in my Achilles and then my ankle. The ankle pain got so bad that I had to walk on the outside of my foot for a few days. If I ever landed on it wrong it shot an excruciating pain up my leg. Hope I'm ok tomorrow. Did a bit of stretching afterwards. Hope I'm back!
