10K (on track) in 40:06.76 @ 6'27m/m; HRavg 153.5BPM
Wanted to run faster, but my mind kept me at an even kiel...goal was to run 1:34 quarters (actual was probably 1:37/1:38 avg)...last week's 6.4K run was started too fast 6:01 and 6:05 first 2 1600m splits and I couldn't finish the workout (it was considerably warmer and muggier on that run of course)...So this was a nice controlled Threshold run just over HMP (by 7 seconds); still working on my fitness levels...getting aerobically stronger...Running 25 Laps around a track by oneself is not the easiest task in the world either and by finishing the 25th Lap in 1:29 was good...
