I'm a work in progress. Being "vertically challenged", I'm a slow runner. I'd love to be able to run consistently a 10 minute mile. Living in a very hilly area doesn't help my time. One step at a a time, I'll get there eventually.
|Why do I run:
I still need to lose weight, but I do enjoy running more now than what I use to, although me, summer time heat, and hills don't get along!!

To lose weight like a lot of people. I do enjoy the challenge.
