COMMENTS: Went an extra 1/2 mile after yesterdays tough run. Stomach still bugging me, but that seems to be the rule anymore.
I didn't eat anything prior to my run except half a Clif and water. Spag and meatballs last night. Just don't know what causes this GI discomfort.
Run seemed long, just didn't feel great today. I hope I'm ready on 4/25.
