Felt Ok - Really thought that the pace was faster then 7:04. A little disapointed, but glad that there were no pains (Just Pride)
Stomach a little sour and had to hit the head when I returned. This is getting to be a pain and much to common of a issue. I will need to look at diet and start to remove a item or two.
