2M = 6:00
3M = 6:10
Rathbun Loop - 1M Flat, 2M Down, 3M Uphill
Ran 1M without thinking of pace... Felt a little hard after 3/4 mile. Felt like I slowed down on 2M, but was surprised to see that it was at 6:00. 3M starts w/ a 1/4 uphill, so I worked it a bit. the next two uphill parts I felt like I was breathing heavy, but was able to maintain form.
Overall I was satified w/ teh workout. Thsi was the 1st week back + miles and a 13M long run yesterday.
