Nice long run with the RKR guys. Found a charging station 1.5 miles away from Fellows Rd park, so parked there and jogged over. Met Matt Palmer en route and we did a few miles together before the main crew showed up. Ran with Kraig and Colin for the first portion. Kraig convinced me to hammer a half-mile segment, which I did at 5:30 pace, only to find out Adam Staveski had done it at 5:02 pace previously. Palmer and Brett joined me for my trip back to the car and the canal. Palmer and I turned around at 17 and Brett kept going. Definitely got a little fatigued at the end, but this was much easier than last week.
