Foggy mountain workout
Modified my planned workout to 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 hard with equal rest (although I only took 3 minutes after the 4-minute surge because I wanted to get on with it). Felt tough but good. First rep was uphill so a bit slower, but all others were at acceptable paces. Wanted to get a nice hard effort in without breaking myself before Sunday's race. Mission accomplished (I hope)!
Also, despite living here for ten years, I am pretty sure this is the first time I've ever run this loop.
