Nice day for a run. Hip was feeling pretty good today so I decided to test it out running. It hurt at first, then loosened up, then started to hurt a bit again, and finally felt good for the last few minutes. Didn't hurt immediately after, so that's a plus. I think I could train through this if I needed to, but I'm going to try to be cautious and just do some easy running to try to loosen it up (except races, of course).
